Wolf House Cottage was the original farm house, known as Lindeth Lodge Farm and was replaced by the current Lindeth Lodge in the late 18th Century. The Cottage is part of the complex of what were farm buildings until the early 70's.

It has an open aspect over the fields to the woods beyond where deer can be seen. It has its pretty secluded garden that can be accessed from the Garden Room.

It is a bird watchers paradise. The R.S.P.B Reserve of Leighton Moss is nearby

The lounge has character. There are beams, a cast-iron fireplace with gas fire and comfortable seating with colour TV and video. Double doors lead to the stone flagged garden room that is furnished both for dining and relaxing.

A well equipped kitchen

Bedrooms 1 & 2 - Double beds with side tables, adequate cupboard and hanging space. Both bedrooms have views over the fields.

Bedroom 3 - this is a very small room with bunk beds and limited hanging space. This room is only suitable for children.

A good size pretty bathroom with bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC and basin downstairs.
