Wood burning stove for winter months, ample seating including a luxurious leather suite. All the rooms have original paintings and ceramics. There is even a 3 seater Georgian rocking horse suspended from the ceiling - it's true!

Kitchen/Diner/downstairs lounge - the oak kitchen was made by local craftsmen. It has granite work surfaces, It has seating for 8, plus a breakfast bar, radio and CD player, TV and video. Wonderful views over the Estuary to the front and immediate access to the courtyard at the rear. Polished oak floor and spiral staircase leading to the upstairs lounge.
