6 Holiday flats sleeping from 2-7 people

Our self-contained flats are clean, comfortable and well-equipped.  We are situated in a lovely position on the seafront, to enjoy all the magic atmosphere of the Blackpool Illuminations in the Autumn, and ideal for quiet, relaxing walks in the fresh air all the year round, yet only a few minutes walk from the famous Tower, the North Pier and all the Town Centre shops, theatres, clubs, restaurants, entertainments &  amenities.
You're well and truly beside the Seaside - as soon as you step outside at the Riva!     

A   Travel Cot (0-3 years) or Ready Bed (3-7 years) are available free of charge with any flat - please ask at the time of booking.

Flat No 1

In addition to double divan bed, flat 1 has bunk beds in the bedroom and a triple futon (double sofa bed + single bunk) in the lounge/kitchen.  Maximum guests in Flat 1 (subject to approval) = 7 . It also provides a spacious flat for a couple (with one or two children) wanting a separate lounge / kitchen, or for two couples wanting separate rooms.

Flat No 2

Provides a comfortable self-contained double en-suite flat for a couple (or single), at a very reasonable rate (all the year round, including high season) 7 nights for £140 (£10 each per night for two sharing) or £90 for a long-weekend or a 4 night  Monday to Friday break.  

Flat No3

In addition to a double divan bed, a double sofa bed in the same room,  plus bunk beds in separate room.
Maximum guests (subject to approval) = 4 adults and 2 children, but it is a very popular choice for couples with one or two children (or for couples on their own, who like a more spacious flat with a magnificent sea view).

Flat No 4

In addition to double divan bed in the bedroom, flat 4 has a double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen. Maximum guests = 4 adults . Will comfortably accommodate two couples in separate rooms, also ideal for a couple wanting a spacious flat with separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen.



Flat No 5
