Ideally placed for exploring the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and Eden Valley by foot, by car or bicycle. Or just relaxing looking over the mountain scenery and Alpaca we keep on the farm there is always something going on in the valley view. and if you like swimming in the river that is just 1/2 a mile away at the bottom of the hill.
Quiet Location safely secluded - ¼ mile up its own private road in an elevated position with magnificent views over the Lune Valley and Howgills looking towards Sedbergh and beyond, on the intersection of two footpaths giving immediate access to a extensive footpath network, (no need to use the car) open countryside all around with Right to Roam land only a field away.
