The garden is home to many species of wild birds with occasional visits from the local pheasants.
Easter Cottage's location in the Lune valley, a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty. make it an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area or visit the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland national parks, which are a short distance away.
